I learned project management by running projects during the last 20 years and gained confidence through experiences.
My interest in new technologies, my ability to structure tasks and process driven thinking supported my carrier as a project manager.
Most of the projects have been around customer service and order fulfillment processes.
This project was setup and kicked off as an initiative to improve efficiency and responsiveness in the order entry process. The current state of order entry was very manual with many repetitively activities. Any future solution should be able to read POs attached on Emails, apply business rules and checks prior integrate those into SAP SD sales orders.
As soon as the existing Office 365 environment was extended by Power BI services, I applied for a PRO (developer) license. The existing reporting on customer service KPIs through Excel tables and pivot reports have been reaching the limits in regards of table sizes and the time per week spend on data retrieving and modeling.
Over the course of a few months an extensive number of different sources could be intergated, auto-refreshed and shared with a with user community of more then 100 colleagues.
Introducing a harmonized process to support a business strategy. The blueprinting phase with all customer service teams in Europe lead into a JIRA ticket based workflow which is supported by an interactive Excel form.
Introduction of Atlassian Confluence as wiki for the European customer service organization. Main focus on sharing of project progress and exchange with other business areas
Migration of field service processes and data of Austria, Switzerland and Germany into a SAP-CRM solution for service.
Development and introduction of an Excel based report to inform channel partner on purchase order updates.
Re-Implementation of a CISCO Contact Center to fully leverage application features.
Define, evaluate sources and development of core customer service KPIs.
Complete re-implementation of SAP according the new business model. Focus on sales order entry, inventory allocation, shipping and invoicing processes. Secondary focus on finished goods warehouse management.
Development and introduction of a sales order confirmation and inventory allocation process for make to order products.

Segregate and transfer all finished goods inventory from France manufacturing site into the established warehouse in Germany. Migration of all effected inbound and outbound transactions.

Ensure availability inventory on finished goods for European organization to support business strategies.

Implementation a Lotus Notes-based SFA/CRM system.
